| cancel my subscription. i have emailed support multiple times since september please cancel. the automatic payment ID on paypal is I-5UF2NP8K99YV. i haven't used this service for an entire year but it's impossible to cancel, the link doesn't work in Settings and it's impossible to cancel paypal payments that aren't from a paypal account. | |
