Relax guys :-)

Yes I entirely agree, and the OP is entitled to his impression.

We were trying to establish how a new user could establish an opinion that is so contrary to our own. There is a failing somewhere if Gixen did the best it could but still failed to inform the user adequately why the result that they expected did not occur. If we could establish where that failing was we could perhaps improve the situation for those that continue to use this service or contemplate doing so in the future.

I had the feeling that I'd gotten the wrong impression and didn't have any support... :D

Ooh, I think I can top that John... I estimate I've scheduled around 10,000 bids with Gixen over 3 years.... and it failed..... Once !

Hmmm... I've used Gixen well over a hundred times and it has never failed (although eBay blocked it once by unlinking my PayPal account).

Could you post (or email to support@gixen.com) the auction number and your eBay username so that Mario could look into it?

Uh yeah, didn't work. The auction ended on the item (and no one won). I contacted the seller and had them relist it and used "buy it now".

This was my first and last experience with gixen!
