Some changes regarding SSL were made today.

Your ebay password is still transmitted by SSL when you log in, so you don't have to worry about yout login info being compromised.

However, the page that contains your snipes, visible after you log in, is no longer SSL encrypted. Security is now implemented with session ids. If you use gmail, then you've already seen something like this.
