The last negative was given in late December last year, I am guessing that the auction it relates to ended more than a year ago. |

It is really a question for an eBay forum... however, because That users percentage is only based on 17 ratings in total, my guess is that eBay are calculating percentages from the dates of the auctions finishing not from the dates when the feedback was left (which would be later). |
