| I'm not aware that I tried to edit the item after auction end, but the original status you mention indeed explains what went wrong.
Thanks for the help. (I've already complained to eBay that it is sometimes very difficult to see whether shipping is restricted or not. But they don't see reasons to change/improve.) |

| You edited the item after auction end, and hence lost the original status, which was "AUCTION RESTRICTED: SHIPPING ADDRESS COUNTRY RESTRICTED".
The seller does not ship to your country, and ebay prevented your bid from being placed. |

I entered a bid prior to 15:00 for an item ending at 15:18. When I returned at 15:30 the auction was over, the end price was 8 euro lower than my bid, but I have not won the item (260578859463). What went wrong??? (T)han(k)s |
