| Yes, the mostly likely cause is that the password has been changed on eBay, and that new password has not yet been used to log into Gixen.
Gixen only checks the validity when you change the one that is used to log in here. It must be the same as on eBay for any snipe to work. Perhaps the encrypted version of the password, that is stored by Gixen, should be marked as invalid when this error occurs on a snipe?... That would prevent anyone logging in to Gixen again with an invalid password after the credentials had been proved incorrect on a snipe... Unfortunately it would also prevent users being able to see why the snipes failed since they would never be able to access them again. |

| I had a bid all setup and was watching when the auction ended and nothing happened. When I came back to Gixen I saw the message "sign in information is not valid". What would have caused that?
