| This usually happens when you change your ebay password and keep logging to Gixen using the old one. Email me if this is not the case and include your username. | |

| Please help: I set up a few bids on Gixen. But it cancelled all my orders and the status column shows "Sign in information is not valid." I once used the same sign in to win an item. Also I can use the same sign in to log into GIXEN and EBAY. Please help me how to fix the problem. Thanks. | |
