| If the problem persists, in a desktop browser, then please email Mario at the address given on the 'Support' tab above... include your Ebay user name in the email but NOT your password (email is secure enough for user names but not passwords)... he will then be able to discuss the specific issue with your account in private, it is not easy to diagnose and explain these things via an open forum like this, without compromising your security. |

| Yes, I'm having the same problem. I know my ebay password is working on ebay but I can't use it on gixen. |

I didn´t succeed to login to your service despite I typed in my correct ebay user name and ebay password but got the message that one of them was wron what definitely was not |
