If you have issues setting up the proxy I recommend that you use email and contact Mario directly at the support address given on the 'Contact' tab above.

Please include your Ebay id in any email communication.

This is because those instructions are provided on a need to know basis.. so specific changes required as a result of using them would not be made public on this Community forum either.

It may be that Mario needs you help in order to configure the proxy on the Gixen side, so that it works for you.

I've been using gixen for years and very heavily so in the last 6 months. A couple of days ago I got the verification error which I had gotten before.

I followed the same instructions but this time I could not connect to ebay using the proxy. I had a friend try it from his end and he had the same issue.

Is there any help you can provide?
