| I am looking into this "UNKNOWN ERROR". What happened is that ebay returned another login screen after Gixen already logged in. Not sure why yet and may not find out. | |

| I think you were probably just very unlucky with the first two failures.
If you are going to be sniping a lot I recommend upgrading your account to have the Mirror also working for you... the primary advantage of that being the increased reliability that it provides. |

| I'm in the Uk and new to Gixen. I have tried three Gixen bids so far, but none of them have succeeded.
The first two said "Unknown Error". For example, item number: 141822814962 This might possibly be because I hadn't changed the settings to bid on the Ebay UK site rather than the US one. (Done now.) So I have been trying to test Gixen by buying something cheap where the auction ends soon, but that didn't work either For example: item number: 281860431702 Says: Ebay Error: page not responding. How can I test to see if Gixen is working? |
