| I have a similar issue. i cannot log in today. ebay pw and user works fine with Ebay. I get a gixen message that pw incorrect. I've been successfully using Gixen for several years now. thanks for any suggestions! |

| I paid the required fee about a month or so ago to obtain your premium program and tried to use the program last night, but read that I needed to update my proxy acceptance as I use Firefox. I did that today and tried to get into the program but the reply says that I have tried "6 times to log in and so have been blocked for an hour". That was about 2 hours ago. Just tried again and got the same message. Am able to log on to Ebay with no problem, have not changed my password, just need help in releasing the lock. This is only the second time I've used Gixen and it worked well the first time, just as expected. Thank you. |
