| When you had reinstalled, did the Gixen Desktop Manager then prompt you to enter your Ebay credentials from scratch? |

I deleted the GDM from my system and downloaded it again - I believe it's an updated version, but I don't know the date of the most recent release and that information is very difficult to find here.
Anyway, I reinstalled, fired it up, logged in, and immediately got locked out of my account again.
What is going on? |

| I was finally able to log in to the Gixen website, but now I get an error message that I need to update my Gixen Desktop Manager. I am trying to find where the latest version has been posted. |

I am attempting to log in and getting an error message that my password is incorrect, etc. and the Gixen desktop app is giving the same errors - can't find country, error 101 could not log in, could not get list, API returned error 101, etc.
I am already logged in to eBay, with no problem. This seems to be the same weird behavior that Gixen exhibited last year.
What can I do to get this corrected so that I can use this service that I am paying for? |
