| It sounds like Gixen is not picking up that id as the one that has the Mirror subscription... Do you have a record of when you paid the subscription?
There is likely something very slightly different about the credentials you are using to log into the Gixen Desktop Manager on your home computer to those you use elsewhere. Mario can look into this, behind the scenes, he might be able to do so more quickly if you email him at the support address given on the Contact tab above, from the email address that you have registered with the Paypal account that you used to pay for the Gixen Mirror subscription. |

| The Gixen Mirror upgrade is on a per Ebay user-name basis.
So you should have the Mirror options available to you both via the web interface and in the Gixen Desktop. Is the myti1973 Ebay user-name that you use to log in everywhere? |

I use Gixen Desktop Manager on my home computer and I paid one-year fee and i use full opttions. When i use web interface on my home computer or Gixen Desktop Manager on my work computer, I have no option to use a mirror or offset. I draw in same username and password for which I paid for. Should I pay for web interface or desktop manager for each computer that I use? |
