At the time this auction ended, you did not have mirror, you subscribed some 10 hours later. Timeouts, unfortunately, while relatively rare, do happen, and by subscribing to mirror you did the right choice to avoid this in the future. |

| What exactly was the status that Gixen gave the snipe after it had finished?
Was it an indication that your credentials are incorrect? Or was it an indication that Ebay inserted a Captcha image during the process? If the former you need to check that you have logged in with he same credentials that Ebay use, have you changed these recently? If the latter, then you may need to verify your account again, with the Gixen socks proxy enabled in your browser... If you have not already been provided with a link to the instructions on how to enable that then please email Mario at the support address given on the 'Contact' tab above and he will be able to provide the instructions to you, if that is what is required. |

Hi - I just tried Gixen using the desktop manager yesterday. THe item id and item are correctly described, it also said, not grouped, high bid 30 (that came in automatically when I put in the item number - which was interesting cos at the time on 3bay it says 26 pounds), max bid 49.99 that I put in. Offset 6.... The laptop that Gixen DT manager is on was put to sleep (as I understood this didn't have to be on) And when I turnd the laptop on this morning, I find I am not the winner and the item sold for 33 pounds. Please can someone help me understand why I might have missed out. There are more things I want to try GIxen on. |
