| If Ebay ever asks you to confirm or update any details when you log in please do so as soon as you can, that is the sort of thing that causes this issue.
Sometimes Ebay will only prompt you for extra details when you log in from certain locations, like the Gixen server and not from others, like your home. Usually they don't persist for more than a day, however, if they do, Mario now recommends that you update your password to one that is even more secure (ie difficult to guess), that usually resolves the issue. |

| I've used gixen successfully today - thank you. but now despite logging inand out og ebay numerous tomes successfully it tells me my ebay id andpassword are wrong and has now locked me out. they have beenthesame for over a yar. please help time is ticking
