You can change the eBay account linked to your Gixen account in the Settings page; however, you can only link your Gixen account to one eBay account at a time.

This means that if you have several eBay accounts that you wish to have simultaneously linked to Gixen, you will have to set up a separate Gixen account for each eBay account.

It looks to me like it is the username that Gixen does not like, not the password, maybe someone has already chosen the username that you want... or you have used unacceptable symbols in that name ?

For instance, I wanted to use an underscore as in 'nick_uke' but that is not allowed here.

I advise that you do not to use the same name as you use on Ebay, although that is not banned unless the name has symbols in it that Gixen won't accept. But if you use the same name it can get confusing, because your new Gixen id is a different thing from your existing Ebay id... At the next stage you will then chose to associate the two, via the Ebay website.

Please try a different one of those and report back whether that is acceptable.

trying to create account but receive only this:
"Selected username does not meet the criteria (letters & numbers only, 3 characters or longer). Please choose a username that does."
BUT i USE 4 LETTERS AND 4 NUMBERS in my password.
