Log in to your Gixen account directly at https://www.gixen.com

At the top of the page (just below the Gixen banner) you will see a <Settings> button. Follow that link and look for the section where you can re-authorize Gixen on eBay. (You'll be presented with a page asking you to log in to you eBay account and be directed to the eBay page where you can re-authorize Gixen).

Thanks Mario, I logged in using Gixen Desktop Manager (I presume that's the web interface you spoke of). Under Settings there are only two options, Username & Password and Preferences. I don't seen anything in either of those about Gixen reauthorization. I did look in the Tools tab, but that only has Purge Completed Auctions and Upload tool. I did see Refresh Gixen Status in the main program window but clicking on that button did not change the error message about the Token being revoked.

Log in to the web interface (desktop, not mobile version), click on the Settings page, and there will be an option near top to re-authorize Gixen. Just follow the instructions.

I am using Google Chrome on a Windows 7 machine. Log-in to my Glxen account was successful.

I attempted to post a bid on Gixen but received the following message:

Error: Token has been revoked by the user.
Error: Token has been revoked by the user.
Could not add this item (332329701336)(1, -1).

I cleared the cache on Chrome and tried to post the bid again without success.

Not sure what to do. I appreciate the assistance.
