As mentioned elsewhere we are waiting for an updated version of the Desktop Manager to be released, until then the likelihood of it working, at all, is patchy.

Mario has stated it is going to take some months here, sorry.

In the mean time please continue to use the web interface.

OK, I have logged in a bid on the above item. When I start Gixen desktop manager, I log on, the it tells me it "Could not get User Country, using default" then "Error 101 could not log in" the "could not get item list API returned. Error 101 could not log on.
I have deleted all the software and manager and reloaded. I have changed my address on ebay to my Australian address.
Run out of ideas
I have reentered the bid and it has been accepted on the main program, but I can get Gixen desktop manager to work.
