| Thank you, however since eBay itself is not translated to Greek, it makes no sense to translate Gixen either.
Even for languages into which eBay is translated, it does not necessarily makes sense to translate Gixen as well. It's a big, continuos effort to support another language and even current translations to languages spoken by much larger populations did not bring noticable number of non-english speaking users. In fact more than 90% of the traffic is still for the english pages of Gixen. I'm still glad Gixen supports German and Spanish (and soon French), but that's about how far I will go at this moment. I may be interested in translating Gixen to Chinese (simplified) though, but have no time to deal with it right now, especially because Chinese brings with it additional issues (conversion of database to unicode / utf8, etc). |
