| Perhaps you set up these snipes before you renewed your token?
If so I would suggest that you at least edit them, which hopefully will update the snipe to use the new token not the old one. It would appear that Gixen uses the token present when you set up the snipe, not the one that is present when the bid needs to be placed. |

| Hi Mario, Sometime yesterday 3 of my Gixen placed bids on eBay items failed. Namely items numbers 401682905152, 3525646590661 and 352564663268. On both my Gixen Main and Gixen Mirror pages I got the following message âAuth token is invalid. Validation of the authentication token in API request failedâ , despite the fact that on January 15th I had reauthorized Gixen on my eBay account, following closely the instructions in the âSetttingsâ section.
Sorry, but I am very frustrated.. Please explain. What should I do? |
