You have 2 Gixen usernames (rarose19902 and rand55) linked to the same eBay username. Your payment was made for rand55. You can either use that one, or transfer your subscription by using https://www.gixen.com/transfersubscription.php

I would suggest emailing Mario directly at his Gixen support address, following the instructions on the Contact page. Be sure to include your Gixen username so that Mario can look up your account and investigate what's happening. |

My subscription expiration date was Dec 7, 2022. I just extended my subscription for 2 more years to be added as a recurring charge. For some reason it hasn't updated to 2024. |
