| The problem is now resolved for me.
No eBay re-authorizations were necessary. |

| Is it not simply that you have to re-authorise the use of Gixen with eBay AND the country to which you are linking?
Maybe if only some people are having the problem they (like me and at least one other user above) are not linking to eBay USA. Maybe the act of re-authorising automatically links to USA? |

| I wish you gave me time to figure it out. I can't replicate the issue with my own account. It's indeed related to the secondary authorization, but I don't know what the issue is yet. Apparently it happens only to some users. | |

| I FIXED IT!
Having re-authorised Gixen to use eBay (see above) there was no difference, but then I also clicked the button below where you choose which COUNTRY you link to (Iâm UK). I logged out and then back in so changes could take affect and VOILA Gixen is now working as normal. I suspect itâs something to do with new server implementation as per email from Mario yesterday. |

I read on another thread another user was having same problem. They checked their eBay authorisations in Settings - one had expired yesterday so the re-authorised it for 18 months time. I checked MY dates - both still at least 6 months left but I updated anyway.... NO DIFFERENCE - still getting same message as above user. |
