| Mario has said elsewhere he is waiting on an upgrade to the software used to create the app in order to convert it to 64 bit. In the mean time the app can be a bit flaky on some phones.
As Mark suggested it's probably best to get acquainted with gixen first by using the web based version right here. Rick |

| I feel it's best to concentrate on getting the normal web interface here to work first before moving on to the other interfaces provided via various applications on various devices.

| I bought Gixen after some excellent reviews.
I have already mentioned the problem i am having with the main web page. I mainly use my phone so tried the app. Once i finally get in after the crashes etc i get to Scheduled snipe page. I click on the + where i see the title Add from ebay watch list but no matter what i press i get nothing. below this there is a greyed box with the title F which includes item id (F), current price (FF) and time to end (ended) if i click on that and then takes me to an ebay error page (which is on my ebay account) If i press the magnifying glass (search) it again takes me to my ebay page but with a top menu that says snipe it. i looked at a recently viewed item and clicked on that. This bought up the snipe page (at last) I put in the price and changed the time to 3 sec i clicked on add snipe which took me back to the first page but there is no sign of my snipe. Went back to the website to see if it was there. No sign at all. Tried the mobile web page and again no sign of it all. It seems the only way to make a snipe on the mobile web is to manually enter the item number. Is this all really the case or am i just being thick? please help because at the moment i feel like i have wasted $6 nd most of the morning |
