Yes, absolutely - I always issue refunds - to unhappy users for whatever reason, and for mistakes / double subscriptions too.

In fact, if I am unable to respond promptly and it's urgent and another payment resolves the issue, you are well advised to make it, and I will issue a refund as soon as I get to your email. Sometimes this is almost instant, and sometimes it can take a few days if I have too much to do at once.

For that you will need to contact Mario direct, via email, at the support address given on the Contact tab above.

Please include your Gixen id in the email so that Mario can track down the payment(s).

I think both payments will have been credited to your account so you should now see a longer period before your Mirror subscription expires. If you do now request and get a refund that period will reduce again.

I have subscribed gixen mirror service today, but unfortunately, I accidentally subscribed twice.
Is it possible to refund one charge?
