| This status indicates that there was a restriction in place on Ebay, most likely imposed by the seller but also potentially by Ebay itself.
If it were me I'd first contact the seller to ask them if they know of any restrictions that they have chosen which would prevent you from bidding. If that didn't provide the answer than I'd contact Ebay buyer support and ask them why they think the bid was blocked. |

| Hi, the status was :-
You are not eligible to bid on this item. And the maximum amount I entered was ÂGBP 1250 It sold for ÂGBP 1170.51 I don't know why I wasn't eligible, it was a UK buyer wanting to buy from a UK seller, and Gixen had the correct login Ebay.co.uk credentials, and had already made purchases from this Ebay.co.uk account previously. My Gixen account had been correctly validated when signing up. Regs |

| What is the status that Gixen has given this snipe now that the auction has finished ?
Was the snipe amount more than one bid increment more than the final selling price ? |

| Hi Administrator
I'm disappointed, I lost out on an item I was biding on, and I don't understand why. The eBay item was 193354427467, I setup my Gixen account, put in the eBay item id, put in an amount above the wining bid price 30mins before the auction ended, and didn't win....very annoying. What went wronge please, I don't think I can rely on this service, first time used and something mess right up somehow. Any help, or know what happened. Thanks |
