Current price not updated...

Hi,
I experience that the current price (bid) is not updated in my list of auctions at Gixen. Is that a common problem?
The auction concerned is 270661586708.

It is deliberate Christian, the function of updating prices for the website is very costly in terms of Gixen resources, so it is only done periodically.

This does not affect the sniping function, the current price is only provided for information.

If you want real time updates, I recommend the Gixen Desktop utility, that uses your own computer to fetch the current auction prices in (almost) real time.

Otherwise only rely on eBay for definitive current auction prices, if you need them.

As a sniper you need to decide ahead of time what you are willing to pay, set that as a snipe, and not worry what other people decide to bid and when, if the price goes above your maximum then you can be content that others a bidding more than you think it is worth.

In this case it was not updated even periodically, it has something to do with the fact that this item is visible on ebay.de only.

I will look into it, but you should not be concerned, price updates do not affect sniping in any way. Your bid will still be sent.
