Thanks for the addon, it comes in really handy.
As far as I see, what it does is creating a link that contains the username, password and item number. So the password is being sent as plain text. Is that also what happens when logging in on the Gixen main page? |

Login to Gixen is protected by encryption.. in order to host adverts for non mirror subscribers the page is then redirect to an unencrypted one for those users only.
So, in summary, login is secure for all users. _________________ Mark |

It is on the list... but won't even get looked at until after everything moves back to gixen.com, next week. _________________ Mark |

Just a bump for the autosnipe button... missing it dearly... will the new platform allow a similar function for chrome? or a right click menu or?? |

The new platform has a 100% reliable watchlist import - so you can use that instead - just add items to watchlist, and later import them to Gixen. Or you can create custom list "Gixen list" and import that one to Gixen. |

That is not the same functionality as the "add to gixen" individual item button |

+1 for restored Autosnipe functionality.
I deliberately don't use my eBay watchlist for items I want to snipe. The more an auction is watched the more it's likely to draw the attention of rival bidders. |

Has anyone got this working on OS X 10.12.6, Firefox 55.0.3 ?
Checking my extensions the plugin "Gixen eBay Auction Sniper 1.3.1" is marked as "Legacy".
I still get the message "Autosnipe temporarily disabled. Please check again around Aug 4th. In the meantime you can use watchlist import instead."...Which I do.
Keep up the good work. Love Gixen |
