ebay linked payment account?

hey, i need any payment account to be linked to ebay for the gixen work?
or i can win bid and than enter the payment manually?
how is it working?

Many eBay auctions require a PayPal account to be linked to your eBay account in order for your bid to be accepted. This means your bid would be rejected by eBay whether it was placed by Gixen or placed manually, it has nothing to do with Gixen.
