Gixen main server and website went down around

A few minutes ago I enabled the stand-by server that took over its role, and the main service is restored, minus notifications and some other minor services.

Unfortunately it has been down for some 4 hours or so.
Mirror server continued working during this time. I still do not know the cause of the problem. |

| Since the server has been changed, it may take for some users a bit longer until DNS changes propagate and they are able to connect. |
