| Today the item 283112853883 ended without my gixen bid getting put. I left aÂGBP 400 bid but the item sold for ÂGBP 125! It just says "The auction ended" ! I am really disappointed and could not believe this! Why was my bid not put?? |

This auction appears to have ended before Mario posted this.
Was the snipe Mirrored and if so what was the status that Gixen gave the snipe on the Mirror tab ?

tophar4gix, as Mark posted, there was an outage on the main server that morning.
Note that for bids of that amount, it really, really makes sense to buy Gixen Mirror, which would have helped here. The price of mirror is close to nothing, and now there are even three options to choose from (annual, mirror chunks, pay-per-use).
Many users think that it's not needed, because outages such as this one happen rarely. But they do happen. |
