| I am new to Gixen and put in my first bid. the starting bid was $199. I bid $354.00. When I went to look up the results in Gixen it showed $.00 in the bid box and the explanation that bid was below asking price. Isn't $199 the asking price? Or could they be talking about a reserve? I don't understand why they bid nothing for me. Thank you for any help. |

Hmmm... According to eBay, no bids were placed.
Please contact Mario directly at his Gixen support address using the instructions found on the Contact page. Include your Gixen username and the eBay auction number or a link to this thread so Mario can look up what happened.

On this auction there are shipping restrictions:

This could be related to the failure to bid, if you live in an excluded region.
Was 'Bid Under Asking Price' the status given the snipe by Gixen after the auction had completed ?
N.B. it has now been relisted at a lower starting price as item number 232932010243.
