Oh deary me...
"this snipe may have been entered too late into Gixen and may not be executed..."
How much pre-advice does Gixen require?
I already gave it ten hours...

Perhaps Gixen SHOULD be executed!
I believe my subscription includes the "fool proof" mirror service... |

The auction ended at '7 Jun 2021 at 8:16:16pm BST', 24 minutes before you started this thread.
Snipes need to be entered at least 2 minutes before the auction ends. _________________ Mark |

The snipe was created TEN HOURS before the listing ended.
Did you miss that part of my post?

I'm afraid the problem, as stated, is just not believable.
If you can provide an auction, that is still active, for which you can obtain this error message when trying to add a new snipe or editing an existing one, then it will be possible to investigate.
As it is it would appear Gixen did what it was designed to do, i.e. let you know when you enter a snipe too late.
Is it possible that you were using the 'reload' feature of your browser ? If so, that is not advisable, because it means 'do the last thing I did again', and that could mean multiple requests to do something you've already completed. The recommended method of getting updates is to use the 'Refresh' button above your snipes. _________________ Mark |

Here is what I see.
The snipe was originally entered 5 hours before auction end, with maximum bid of 19.88. The listing ended with the winning bid of 19.00. Your bid was not accepted by eBay due to bid increment rules.
The listing was then deleted 497 seconds after it ended, and it was re-entered again 26 seconds later. At that point there was no point entering it again. |
