I need to update my password on my Gixen App I’ve put in my username & was told I would be sent an email, that never happened, VERY FRUSTRATED TRYING TO USE THE APP, every time I click on anything it just shuts the app down, totally lost all patience now because the Gixen App is working against me, not with me👎😡

Please first check your spam folder to see if anything has turned up there.

Failing that please email Mario direct at he support address provided on the Contact page and he will email you a reset link from there.

As for the App, I assume you mean on a mobile phone ?, There are, I believe, different versions for different types of mobile, what type are you using ?

In any case I'd recommend trying the web interface via a browser, even on a mobile as you'll probably find that operates more predictably and is more stable.
