Can you be a bit more explicit about what your issue is, please ?

Is it an issue with a specific snipe, in which case can you provide the status Gixen gave that snipe, after it had completed, and the amount of your bid ?

Or is it with your Gixen account, in which case what exactly is failing and with what error message(s) ?
