On the password reset page it requires a new password and a code emailed from Gixen to change - all fine except that if you enter a password that does not meet the criteria (more than 6 characters and ONLY letters and numbers) it then takes you to a screen telling you the password fails the test but now you can't go back and you have to redo the whole reset process again. Could you just add the password makeup requirement onto the password and Gixen code page to support getting the right password first time? That prevents us having to redo it all again (every time we forget!) Thanks
