dekstop app starting position

Everytime I startup the app, it openes in the logical center of my displays. Multiple. Unfortunately that puts the drag bar off screen.
I don't keep all my monitors on all the time.

Is it possible to have the app save the starting position?
When you close the app, or make changes, just have it store the starting position to the ini file, then read the starting position at startup again so the app starts in the same place every time.

I understand it may not be that simple with multiple monitors, but thought I would ask anyway. Thanks.
