I'm getting this error on both of my accounts:

Password is not a match. Could not log you in. (33)

Gixen refused your password.

Reset the password (just in case) and still cannot get in.

Can you try clearing your cookies, and then if needed reset your password by using https://www.gixen.com/forgotpassword.php

There is - PHP 8, to which I had to upgrade the site treats cookies a little differently from previous versions. I addressed this, however a small minority of users are still having the problem until they actually delete the cookie.

I know it may seem like everyone is having the issue, when you are having it yourself and you see 10 more users having the same issue. However Gixen has a huge volume of users using it every minute, and number of users experiencing this problem is relatively small. I do not understand yet why anyone is having the issue, but I am looking into it and trying to replicate it, so far unsuccessfully.

In the meantime - solve your own problem by deleting this cookie.

tried reset mail yesterday evening which did not help. Just deleted the 2 cookies and still no log in possible...

Cannot log in repeatedly today - was OK a week ago, now retuned from vacation and nothing works

So bad I have now forgotten my username but I had many months of subscription left.

I created a new user account but it does not work as it says I have had 4 snipes already this month when account has just been set up 10 minutes ago! Now I am uncertain what my old paid for username was...

These bugs make my old and new accounts useless today

Please email me with some support as on the forum I see that now everybody has the same problem or similar

My email is sandy.eisenATbtinternet.com. My new username made today and not working is sandy777, I am now uncertain what the old one was ...please email me my old username that was fully paid up so I can use it.

Dr Sandy Eisen in London a Gixen user for many years but not today and perhaps never again unless you fix this quickly

I am getting the following error:

Password is not a match. Could not log you in (128).

I had this issue a week or so ago and was able to delete my cookies and then log in, but that isn't working this time around.

I'd recommend trying a different browser and/or computer.

If that does not resolve it, or isn't possible, please email Mario direct at the support address given on the contact page, include your Gixen id, a brief description of the problem and also what you've already tried to resolve this.

I don't get it. Three days ago I set a snipe successfully, today lost the snipe because invalid authorization (I would have won it, easily). Now I cannot log into my account on a PC with Edge or Firefox but on iPhone it works fine.

I attempted deleting all cookies and resetting password...still waiting for the code for that.

Never had this kind of issues....and I'm at loss...

You must be using a different password. Reset it by using https://www.gixen.com/forgotpassword.php if unsure what it is, or if you use a password manager of any kind.
