Received message \"Could not log you in (128, )\".
Several attempts to change password have not resulted in password reset code being sent to email. Have cleared cache and cookies in firefox.
Any suggestions welcome. |

You may need to email Mario direct at the support address given on the Contact page.
Please do so from the email address you have registered with Gixen (as that may help any Spam filter to be overcome that might be preventing the email getting through to that address from Gixen) and please always provide your Gixen id, along with the short explanation of the issue and what you've already tried. _________________ Mark |
