Cannot create account

Hi, I cannot create an account on the service. I tried to recover my username and password, but it didn?t help.

I haven?t received any email.

Are you saying that you've previously set up an account here on Gixen but that you no longer have access to it ?

If the mechanisms available to recover your account aren't working for you, you can send the details that you do recall (not your password) to Mario direct via email to the support address given on the Contact page. Please allow him some time to respond as he can sometimes be busy and getting through all the support requests can take a while.
