Gixen email says I\'ve won but I haven\'t

I think Gixen is excellent so wanted to add this in case it helps.
Gixen Email to me states:

You got this item for 3.01 GBP less than your maximum bid!
----------------

Actually, someone else bid the same amount and got the item, not me.
no big deal, just wanted to help improve what is already a great service - thanks again!

That's interesting.

It's an item (a Masterplug ARCDKG RCD 1 Socket Safety Adaptor) that sold for 0.99p with only one bid. For Gixen to exhibit the behaviour that you've reported that bid really should have been from your account.

Please can you check again and can you report back what the status is that Gixen provides for the completed snipe here in the web interface ?

I'm an idiot, my mistake, sorry.
I have a gixen account for each of my eBay accounts and mistook which one won. Chose wrongly and was mystified as I use each for different purposes, so was pretty sure which should have been used.
The gixen winning email doesn't explicitly indicate which eBay account was the winner - may be worth adding.
I can see which email gixen sent to, but I didn't recognise the link between my email and the specific gixen account it came from.
Sorry to have wasted your time, will try and do better next time - keep up the great work!
