authorization expired message

EBAY ITEM NO. 388586988595 Have looked at previous posts and don't see anything that helps me understand what's wrong. Red type at top of snipe listing page says \"Your ebay authorization has expired or expires in less than 10 days.\" So I paid for a new subscription, but the red message remains. I lost a nice bid; need help to tell me how to straighten this out. (Maybe worth saying that I'm mostly tech illiterate, clueless in this situation. Value my connection to Gixen big time. Help!)

This message has nothing to do with subscription. eBay requires that you renew the authorization every 18 months or whenever you change your ebay password or username. This is free of charge.
