| I can neither see my snipes nor edit nor delete it. I have no more control. In this uncolltrolled situation I unlinked gixen from ebay. |

After I downloaded the desktop software, relinked to ebay, it seems it is working again and I can see my auctions and can edit again. |

Can you be a bit more explicit about what the problem is?
Is the page not loading properly ?
Are there any error messages ?
Indications that the application is 'busy' .. like a spinning wheel ?

Hey Mark, On ios mobile app, version 1.9.8 I can login, place new snipes but my snipes do not show whatsoever. I just have a blank screen.I can see the menu selections but typically where snipes populate underneath there's nothing. If I login via website my snipes are there but nada on the mobile app. I cantap on show watchlist and things populate. Just no snipes. Tried refreshing, importiing my watchlist, and deleting and redownloading the app. So far nothing has worked. Only have around 10 snipes currently. |

| Ok so I went into settings>general>iphone storage and deleted the app from there. I reinstalled, logged in and everything is working again. Crisis averted. |
