I get this error: \"Could not Add This Item <item name>\" yet item is active.

I have verified that the item has not been removed. It would allow me to bid directly on ebay.

What can I do so that I can Snipe this item 406215744184

I am able to schedule a snipe for that auction.

Did the error actually have '<item name>' in it or is that an edit you made ?
In my experience that error message exactly replicates whet you've typed in the 'eBay Item Number:' field.

How did you format the snipe amount, in the 'Your bid:' field ?
Sometimes an invalid format, like having currency symbols can cause issues like this.
