| I bid on 3 items and gixen says I won but I didnt win, someone else got all 3 items. I re-authorized ebay to use gixen, what else can I do, something on my end? |

Perhaps the winning bids were placed after yours ? ... and that wasn't detected by the process that is supposed to follow up and detect that ?
What were the auction numbers ?
