Hello, I recently renewed my subscription for a full year, but I'm still being charged monthly. So I think I have two active subscriptions. Why is this happening? Thank you for your attention.

Yes, it's possible to sign up multiple times for a subscription.

If you set it up in Paypal, that's the place to cancel it.

You should have links for the transactions on your Settings page, these should take you to where you set up the recurring payments.

If you need refunds for over payment, you'll need to contact Mario direct via email at the support address given on the Contact page. Remember to always include your Gixen id (the one that the payments are credited to) in all communication and indicate which payments (date and amount) you would like to be refunded.
