Since these were won by different Ebay accounts, I'm assuming what you are experiencing is Ebay rejecting your bids because they claim you have not paid for some items that you have won in the past year.
If that's the case it's something you need to sort out on Ebay. You should be aware that if a seller cancels a sale and specifies the reason as it being 'unpaid' that will count against you as a buyer on Ebay, even if you asked them to cancel the transaction.
