| Gixen is great but I am not using the service much anymore. I wish to cancel my subscription after this current subscription period. I've followed the instructions, but I'm not receiving a link to my email (the email I am using appears in my gixen account). Will you please cancel my subscription? |

Does that mean you've logged into your Paypal account and deleted the scheduled payment ?
Why would you expect a link to be sent to your email ? ... That would only happen if you were doing something on the Gixen site.
