Good evening!
The bid failed. It returns the following error: You are not eligible to bid on this item.
Everything used to work out, but in the last few days it has not been possible to buy some products, put a Best Offer or bid.
I didn't change anything, I used everything without any problems. It started about a week ago.
What could be the problem?

There's quite a few possibilities.

Have you had any orders cancelled recently ?

Have you been trying yo buy anything that might require age verification ?

Have you tried to buy a lot of things from the same seller ?

That's not an exhaustive list of possible causes.

Providing some example auction ids might help track it down.

There were three cancellations of orders, but it wasn't my fault. One seller was banned, and the second one just ignored me and did not send my orders. I cancelled them.

Bid was placed on this lot: 147650523236
And now I can't buy anything from similar products, put up a best offer or bid.

As a buyer, you can't.

So how they were actually cancelled is significant.

If any were cancelled by a seller giving the reason that you did not pay, that puts a strike on your account that any seller (not just the one that cancelled the auction) can use to block your bidding.

If you filed a chargeback of some kind then Ebay might impose restrictions on your account if you haven't justified it with them, via their site, because that is part of their rules.

If you believe that's happened and is unfair your only recourse is via Ebays' Customer Support, they are the only ones that could help get such a strike/restriction removed.

The orders have been paid for. The sellers did not send them to me themselves, as they turned out to be scammers. I asked eBay and they refunded my money.
I have the opportunity to place bids and order goods. But before, you could buy any product, without restrictions.
Some categories are not available to me right now.

For restrictions that you find on the Ebay site you are best off asking them.
