Gixen says I won, Ebay says I lost. How?

My Gixen status showed that I had won the item, but when I logged into Ebay it says that I was outbid. How can this happen? Evil or Very Mad

This is quite remarkable - Gixen fetched the status of this auction 2 seconds after auction end, and you were still the high bidder with 81.71. This is not shown on the history now, but I can clearly see that Gixen fetched this status then.

eBay must have very been slow in processing bids. If I see this happen on a regular basis, I will have to postpone checking for auction status several more seconds after auction end.

Either way, this is a status message problem only - it does not change the outcome.
