I have been using Gixen for 5 1/2 years now and have been extremely happy with the product and service.
I have won many an auction using Gixen and have saved lots of dollars while doing so.
And as any online service there will be a few outages but the technical support has been top notch in getting Gixen back up and running at great speed.

agreed! so simple yet effective! and it takes the stress out of the equation plus if I am at work I don't need to worry!
my landlady recommended it (she is a very cool grandma!)
